Emergency Alarm Activation
How does it work?
A simple press and hold of the SOS button activates the Swissvoice’s emergency sequence. You can choose who the Swissvoice calls, whether it’s a list of known emergency contacts or a 24/7 professional monitoring company. In either scenario, those who you trust in an emergency will receive your GPS location to help them find you.

Lifetime Support & Customisation
Purchasing a Guardian Swissvoice means you’ll receive lifetime phone support for free. The Swissvoice phone was designed with a unique interface making it ideal for seniors and those with sight and/or sound challenges. Various phone settings allow the user to change the default interface to that of a conventional Android phone, however, we DO NOT recommend nor do we support users who customise settings outside the scope of the standard default options. It should also be noted that fall detection is not an available option.
If you wish to adjust settings at any point, you can call or email us with your request and we’ll guide you through the steps.
Receiving and Using Your Swissvoice
1. Set up and Tested by Us
Each device is personally set up and tested by a trained medical alert technician here at Guardian. These settings can be changed by us remotely for free as part of the lifetime service that comes with your Swissvoice.
2. Delivered from our Office
Once testing is complete, we deliver it from our office according to your preference, whether you want to pick it up, use a local courier, or have it sent via Australia Post.
3. Turn on & test
After it arrives, we strongly recommend you turn it on right away and perform a test to make sure it works how you’d like it to.
4. Press SOS to Activate
In an emergency or whenever testing, it’s simple; press and hold the SOS button until the device activates the emergency sequence. The screen will visibly display that it has been activated and an alarm sound will play.
5. Press SOS to Cancel
If it’s ever activated by accident, press the cancel button displayed on the Swissvoice screen before the countdown reaches 0. You have 10 seconds to cancel after an activation.
6. Wear & Charge
Like a seatbelt, you never want to have an emergency but you put it on during every journey. Similarly, we suggest bringing the Swissvoice with you wherever you go. Charge it every day to ensure it always remains charged (no need to turn off except when flying).

The Swissvoice provides the best blend of simplicity with customisation when comparing it to other models. Some competitors provide a device that doesn’t allow you to change who you have on speed-dial. Others provide too many options, resulting in something that is not user friendly.

It’s best to charge the Swissvoice once a day. The battery can last more than a day but it depends on the user’s location. Areas with weaker GPS and/or cell signal may drain the battery faster.
